Once your book has been approved for publication, it is time to select the marketing tools that are right for you and your book. Descriptions of each tool are on the right. Once you have decided which tools you would like to use, select them on the right and get your book marketing started!

Marketing Tools

Distributors:

Enrollment and distribution through Amazon is free. That will give thousands of potential readers the opportunity to find and purchase your book.

If you want to market your book to libraries and bookstores, however, you will need to request placement through major distributors such as Baker & Taylor and Ingram. ($500)

Sending Books for Review:

In most genres, successful book marketing requires obtaining several reviews. While we cannot guarantee that your books are reviewed, but we can make sure that your book is received by at least three major book review journals.
($100 for mailings to 10 major review journals)

Direct Marketing to Libraries:

Send out flyers to as many as 11,200 libraries across the United States.

o K-12 Libraries ($400)

Direct Marketing to Bookstores:

Include your book in a catalog sent to bookstores ($1,200)

Press Package:

Includes a written press release, flyers, and a banner for setting up a display ($800)
