"So how much do I get paid and when?" Royalties through online retailers and bookstores are paid at 15% of the gross sales.  This is a high royalty rate usually only reserved for the most famous authors.  A simple example would be as follows: if your book sold for $10.00 then you get $1.50 and never have to handle a book!  Royalties from the retailers are paid to Koinonia Associates and we pay you when we get paid.  Payments are made no less than annually and may be made more frequently if the situation warrants.
